Monday Motivations – Vol 5!

Sharing this week’s motivational quote and my favorite recipe for Breakfast Smoothie that I have been enjoying everyday. This is a quick recipe with the plant protein which is not only delicious but high protein as well.

Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

I am using LivFit Superfood Organic Plant Protein from Amazon. Yes plant protein are a bit yucky to drink, but adding peanut butter helps immensely and adds to my daily healthy fat intake. Let me know if you tried the recipe in the comments box below.
