Bohemian Holiday Outfit From Ann Taylor

What I am covering in this post

I hope you guys are not sick of my holiday outfits yet. There is one more coming your way. But this outfit is something I really wanted to wear for a long time. I have been eying this skirt from Ann Taylor for quite sometime. Its no secret that bohemian outfits are my favorite because they are free form and more down to earth and yet so stylish.

A Layered skirt is an easy way to achieve the bohemian style. The tiered style adds a feminine touch and yet class to the outfit. And for someone like me who is straight figured this skirt gives some curve around my hips. I decided to go all white route mixing with the skirt.

This is an easy outfit that you can wear for any work party not just this year for many years to come because its so timeless. The print of the skirt is not a dated style making it a classic and timeless. The silhouette of the skirt is A Line and that makes me look longer and I love that. Who can’t! Because of the busy print I decided to keep everything else neutral and what else is better than wearing white. The boat neck sweater is also on sale. And so is this gorgeous wool blazer that I just could not stay away from.

I have to say that I did not expect to find so many cute pieces from Ann Taylor this year, but I have been loving a lot of there modern style this year which speaks to both younger and older women. The white wool blazer for instance is an excellent way of modernizing a cardigan and it just looks so chic and this becomes my best winter essential in terms of blazers since I in general love them so much.

I decided so size up on the blazer so that I can also pair it with choker sweaters. The button details and the structured silhouette of the blazer makes it look so luxurious and expensive like a designer blazer that costs 1000s of dollars, but this blazer is  only under $200.

Since the skirt is like the focus point of this outfit, I wanted to keep my accessories minimal and the all white looks perfect with it. I think I can also match the top with color of the flowers on the skirt. So my handbag was just a black bag which compliments the dark color of the skirt and does not over power the all white look that I am going for.

This skirt is on a major sale. So snag it before it gets completely sold out.
