I was waiting for Rocky Barnes collection for weeks now since I saw the promotion on Express. Though I can’t afford everything in the collection, I wish I could, I am totally in love with this Bias skirt. I have been eying the bias skirts for months! I am not brave enough for the leopard print, I can only take it in small doses, but this Bias skirt comes in 3 colors – Black, Pink and the leopard print. I chose the Pink because It is PINK.
