6 Chic Ways to Style Long Denim Skirt

Shorts and Summer sound amazing don’t they. So does Suchi! Just Kidding. Now that temperatures are sky rocketing, I really love swapping jeans with some comfy shorts that look stylish and are versatile as well. And I somehow always lean towards long denim shorts. I find they are more flattering to my curves and since I have a shorter torso, so super short shorts make me feel a bit naked.

I also find long shorts really versatile and they can be styled in so many different ways.

Criss Cross Shorts

The first style is the Criss Cross Shorts. This style of shorts really looks flattering on all body type because its a bit forgiving and would look good even if you have a bit of Tummy going on which after food I always have. There front enclosures are buttons which is very comfortable and the leg style are straight.

These shorts are from Agolde and are really rigid material which is awesome because they retain there shape.  And you know what that means, even if we sit and move the style of the shorts remain intact which are great for long term because they are a bit expensive.

Now, my favorite way of wearing is with a denim cotton shirt and tie sandals to have a structured test Chic look, but I have also style 2 more ways of styling these shorts.

Wide Leg Pink Shorts

If these shorts came in other colors I would but them all, but they dont. I love the retro style of these shorts and they are really flattering too. I have worn them with Black shirt and Espadrille which are my favorite style, adding a bit of structure and sophistication. I have also converted them into a suit style with my Pink Blazer, there are so many ways to wear them.

Wide Leg shorts really add a feminine curve and are also really comfortable to wear and did I mention these are high waisted as well.

Sharing 2 more ways you can style these shorts.

Bermuda Denim Shorts

I have to be honest, I wasn’t too keen to wearing this style of shorts till I found these one from & Other Stories. They are my perfect matches. They are true Bermuda style with relaxed fit and high waisted cinching your waist perfectly to give that much needed curve. And the vintage wash is amazing too.

These ones got sold out pretty soon but I found a similar one with raw hem from Agolde. I love wearing it with my Pink Blazer to add a retro touch with a graphic but I have also styled the Bermuda shorts in two different ways.
