You knew this was coming. I know I have shared quite a Lot of outfit ideas for holiday. And this might not be the last one, but it sure is one that you will absolutely love. And in this post its not just me sharing my outfit with the Spanx faux leather leggings, I also have some of my instagram friends who have been kind enough to share their outfits. So, it’s not just 1 outfit with the leggings.

I have to be honest that I did not wear the Spanx faux leather leggings on a regular basis last when I had initially bought it. I just used it as a base layer for my winter ski trip to Park City last year. And that was the extent of the wear out if them. I think it was mostly because, I have never been a completely casual kind of a dresser. I love a put together look that is more structured.

But this year with Pandemic, I have really gotten a lot of wear out of the leggings. They fit like a glove and I absolutely feel like a power lady in them.

So, this holiday look was really easy to put together you see, all I had to do is add a Fair Isle Turtleneck sweater, and my favorite black bootie from Sarah Flint. I am so glad that Fair Isles are no longer in the ugly sweater category, because honestly I absolutely love them. Its a traditional pattern and reminds us of the magical Christmas. I used to hate it long time ago, but now with so many brands coming up modern interpretations, I can’t stop buying them. I have already collected a couple of them and I am eying some for this year as well.

Why not just make a collection of them. The sweater that I am wearing is from Jcrew and its from last year but is still such a classic. Unfortunately its sold out, but I have linked a similar style from Madewell and Loft which are a bit longer and would be perfect with leggings and dresses as well.

I kept my booties the similar texture as the leggings so that they can elongate and make my legs look longer and that is exactly what I am seeing in the photos. They are from Sarah Flint and I have already spoken about my love for them in so many posts on my instagram and my blog. If you want to look for ankle boots and are ready to invest some money, they are the best.

I finished the look with an oversize sunglasses that compliments the chunkiness of the sweater and there you go, a casual yet super edgy holiday look for you.
