8 Tips On How To Look Expensive In Jeans
Ditch the Cheap-Looking Jeans
The foundation of how to look expensive in jeans lies in choosing the right pair of jeans. Avoid styles with rips, holes, contrasting double stitching, or excessive embroidery. Opt for solid colors such as classic blue, black, or dark wash jeans.
These hues exude simplicity and class, making them suitable for various body types and skin tones.
Here are the jeans you need to avoid if you want to look stylish:
- Ripped Jeans: Whether it’s slight ripped or extreme ripped, they will never look expensive even if you have paid like $300 for them. Just go for non rip jeans. Much classier.
- Faded Jeans: Another popular style that I never liked and you should not either. These look cheap and childish.
- Studded Jeans: I know western style jeans are a thing and they are trendy. But if you want to look expensive, then avoid them. They look tacky.
- Gray Jeans: Now, a lot of you would be like why this color. For some reason, this shade looks old and worn out even if the jeans are brand new.
And let’s not forget the dreaded jeggings. Let’s just wear legging if you want a pull on style bottom.
Pick shades of jeans that are timeless and classy. Blue jeans looks great all year round and on everyone. Just pick a simple one. Black and white jeans are also great alternative. These shades are timeless and go with everything.
And you don’t have to shop at the most expensive stores to find quality jeans. Look into budget-friendly options from reputable brands like Levi’s, Mango, J.Crew, and Banana Republic for elegant yet affordable choices.
Choose Flattering Jean Styles
Not all jeans styles are created equal. Embrace straight leg jeans and wide-leg jeans for a more refined and sophisticated appearance. These jeans have a relaxed fit that gives you an effortless look. And they also look great on all body type.
Instead of figure hugging jeans these styles feel elegant and classy.
Reserve skinny jeans for the colder seasons, pairing them with tall, structured boots for an elevated and luxe look. This way you can enjoy wearing them but the knee high boots will elevate them as well.
