Have you been eying these Stuart Weitzman Knot sandals and want to whether they are worth the money. In this post I am sharing my honest review of these slide sandals after using them for over a year.

And I am also sharing all the places you can shop at.

About The Brand

The brand was founded by Stuart Weitzman himself in 1983 in New York. And aimed at making shoes that feel as wonderful as they look.  And I have to say that the product speaks for the message.

Starting from the boots to flats, every footwear has a uniqueness and promotes comfort.

I own their sock boots and have not see a more comfortable footwear.

Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots are the ones that are the most popular and well know shoes you will hear a lot about. They were created in 2014 and ever since become the brand’s signature shoes.

But now, with their versatile styles the brand is become more and more popular amongst designer buyers.

And if you make comfortable designer shoes, why won’t people buy, because we all know designer shoes are not that comfortable.

The Review

Product Details

The slide sandals are called “Stuart Weitzman Playa 75 Knot Sandals”. The 75 notes a version of this known design. You can also find versions of flat and higher heels.

But with just about 3 inch heel which to me feels like 2 inch, these were the perfect height of open toe sandals I needed for an upcoming working trip that had a themed party.

I picked these up in the full price of $475. Yup, so I really wanted to make sure they are comfortable and durable.

Design & Make

The knot and top part of the sandals are made of Nappa leather. Leather is always the best choice when you are picking shoes because they wear the best and last the longest.

The knot design is not just a look. Yup, it’s an actual knot that has been made. So when you slip your feet into it, you will feel the knot.

And that is where if you want to make these shoes comfortable, you need to make the knot not dig into your skin.

The leather of these shoes are so soft that you will feel like its butter on your skin. I have tried the Jimmy Choo knot sandals, and their leather is much harder.

The leather of these shoes are so soft that you will feel like its butter on your skin. I have tried the Jimmy Choo knot sandals, and their leather is much harder.

They feel so comfy that you won’t wanna take them off. That is what did it for me. I wanted to wear them.

Comfort & Durability

I wore them a couple of times before my big work event because I had to wear them as an all nighter. And I was able to comfortably walk and stand.

I danced all night in them and had no issues. Though, yes my feet were tired at the end of the night, but mostly because of not taking any breaks at all.

I also recently wore them in Venice for a museum visit and casual roaming around with a printed dress.

There was like 5 miles of walking in these shoes. Up and down the stairs and a Gondola ride. All of which was comfortable.

I did get a little bit of blister in my big toe, because of the humidity and sensitive feet. But I did not feel anything till I took these sandals off.

And I loved how it matched the dress perfectly.

The cobblestone roads do take a toll on any shoes, there are wears in the sole of the shoes, which can be easily resoled by a cobbler.

The top part looks almost brand new. Honestly, these shoes did better than my Dolce & Gabanna which are made in Italy.

Overall Thoughts

Just like any other designer shoes, these sandals are pricey, but when it comes to comfort and style, the money is worth spending.

I always emphasize on comfortable shoes because they will make or break your outfits. And its rare to fins comfortable shoes that are stylish as well.

So, because these shoes have both, I would say if you looking for a feminine and casual style of shoes that you can dress up and down with your outfit, then buy these.

Some More Outfits Ideas

I find that these sandals look great with dresses, skirts and also with shorts. I have not tried them enough with jeans. But once I do, I will share it here as well.

Where To Shop

Stuart Weitzman is having a 25% off sale right now, I would recommend shopping there if you can find your size.

But if you didn’t find your size, here are some places you can shop for them:
