Bottega Veneta is one of those Old money luxury brands that you will see in the luxury goods Industry. Founded in 1966 in Italy, the brand has focused on leather weave designs of bags.

There leather weaved bags and small leather goods are literally the best in the business.

But with the new creative direction was born the famous Bottega Veneta Pouch which became popular in 2020.

About The Bottega Veneta Mini Pouch

I honestly could not afford the larger size of the bag, so picked up the mini Pouch. I decided to go with black because I didn’t own a small black evening bag. And this looked perfect.

The part that intrigued me was the no logo design. Which is mostly all of BV bags. The logo is visible when you open the bag. Making this bag the ultimate old money bag that’s sorted after.

The bag is not that mini. It’s definitely bigger than my palm. So, I bought it.

Sizing And Capacity

The bag is pretty small. Let’s be honest, I knew that. But since the structure of the bag is not rigid. I can easily fit a lot of items in it.

But it’s not the items that you can carry in any everyday bag. So, if you are buying this bag, make sure to keep in mind that this is an evening bag.

But here is the size:

So, basically I can pack the following in it:

my car keys
a small cream or lipstick
card case

Material And Design

The bag is made of Calf leather with a slight grain and slight shine. This showcases the smoothness of the leather and the design of the bag.

It comes with a string handle that is literally string. Means you can remove it or tie it back and also be able to adjust the length.

This is a unique style that I have not seen anywhere.

But the part that hooked me into buying the bag is that this exquisite bag made out of a single piece of leather is a masterpiece of the true essence of design excellence in simplicity.

Yes, we often think that something simple would not be exquisite or luxurious, but this bag defies all of that. Its simple pouch style makes it versatile with any outfit. And the biggest reason why I bought it was because I wanted a bit of Indian ethnic touch to my bag when I am clad in a saree and now, I am so excited that I will totally carry this bag everywhere.
