Everlane is an online clothing store with very limited store presence, so it’s hard to go and try out clothes from the brand. In this post, I am sharing a complete review of the the online brand including best items to shop and sizing guide to follow.
About The Brand
Everlane was founded in 2010 with the focus on ethical clothing production as well as reducing impact on the planet. And we all know how damaging fashion industry is on our environment.
But the brand also focuses on reducing middleman costs on its products by selling directly to consumer.
This is what keeps the product cost low for us. And I wish more and more brands would do this, that way we can buy quality clothes in a decent price point.
Sizing Guide
Everlane’s sizing guide ranges pretty wide and includes plus sizes as well.
Now most tops will have sizes in Small and so on. But you will also find them in 0 and so on.
Here is a quick conversion guide.
The bottoms range from ) and so on but the denims have normal waist sizing guide which I love. Because it makes it so easy to shop for jeans.
What I Tried
I have been shopping from the brand since 2018 and the main reason was the decent price point.
So, I will be sharing each of the items I wore and my honest thoughts on them.
Everlane The Oversized Double Breasted Blazer
This was my first Everlane purchase in fall. The Everlane oversized blazer is one of the evergreen blazers available in the online store. I bought it in 2019 in the size 6. And it has an oversized style with double breasted style, it looks classy and perfect fall blazer.
This blazer is on sale now. But they have an updated boyfriend style of blazer that you can pick up instead.
The wool fabric is cozy and soft. And the blazer looks amazing paired with any style of outfit.
And the gray plaid is a perfect elevated blazer for fall weather. You can wear it with black, white and colored outfits.

Everlane Organic Cotton Box-Cut Tee
The Everlane Cotton Box cut t-shirt is the softest t-shirt I own. This t-shirt has a perfect fitted style but still looks comfortable. I wore on road trip as well as to work.
The crewneck style looks polished but it’s still comfortable to wear everyday. It’s not super long, so you can easily tuck it in without feeling bump under fitted bottoms.
And it also comes in many shades. I also own them black in a pocket format.

Everlane Way High Twill Shorts
I bought the Everlane way high shorts this summer and instantly fell in love with the starchy white shorts. I bought them in size 8 as they are actually way high similar to Levis Ribcage jeans.
The double buttons provide ample waist contouring and core support, so you feel snugged. But the stretchy cotton makes it breathable. The part that I loved most was the wide thigh style of the shorts which makes them flattering on straight figure or also for women with triangle shape.
They are not available now because they got sold out pretty fast. But I am linking them here just in case they come back in stock.

Everlane Easy Pant
I work from home and in summer need pants that can keep me comfortable while I sit at my desk all day and picked up these Easy Pants in size Medium.
Cotton have a tendency to shrink, so I did not want to take chances in size small. But I was pleasantly surprised that they did not shrink at all. And the lengths are intact.
These pants have size pockets and elastic waistband which is very comfortable when your body changes throughout the day. And the length is optimal for me (28.5 inch) so I can be barefoot in them.
And they come in other shades as well. These are great everyday pants or even worn as a cover up on your next beach outing.

Everlane Way-High® Sailor Jean
Everlane jeans are really popular, so I had to try one. Now, I am a bit picky in terms of jeans. I like high quality looking jeans that can elevate my outfits. I picked up the Way High Wide Leg Jeans in dark wash blue in size 29.
Again, because these jeans are way high, I needed to have a comfortable size and I typically wear jeans 28 – 29.
These jeans fit like a glove. There is no camel toe situation happening which is a big concern for women when they pick wide or straight leg jeans.
And they look incredibly high quality as well. I am 5 ft 6 inches and picked up 29.5 inseam and I like that it’s not too long but long enough, which means I can wear flats and heels comfortably.

Everlane Way-High® Drape Pants
Everlane way high drape pants are the perfect black trousers I was looking for. I picked it up in size 8 and 30 inch inseam. And they are perfect to wear with sneakers and sandals as well as flats.
They are comfortable, and look elevated as well. I feel like these pants need to be in every woman’s wardrobe. You can dress them up and down based on what you want to wear.
The pants are cotton, so you need to iron them, but they are easy to manage for sure. And they come in other shades too.

Overall Thoughts
If you are looking for fancy clothes, Everlane is not your store. But if you looking to invest in clothes that will last you year over year, then Everlane is your go to store.
The store is filled with basics for daily wear and work wear as well. And once you pick a piece that works for you, you can wear it in confidence.
The brand also thinks about curvy women which is becoming rare these days. So, if you have a fuller chest or you are bottom heavy, you can find your size there.
Returns are also easy with a 30 day return window and they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label in $7 which is pretty reasonable as USPS which is the cheapest sender will almost charge you $15 – $20.
The only problem I found is that since they are manufacturing consciously, sometimes products sell out pretty quick, so if you need something, but them quick.
